This area is to learn how to crochet and how to crochet amigurumi. This area is for everyone from beginner to expert, that wants to learn a new skill or a new technique. In these course you will learn the basic or crochet and amigurumi, the materials you will need, some free pattern, how to read a written pattern and some crochet along. Come experience this amazing fiber art with us.
But what is this art?
What is crochet? needlework consisting of the interlocking of looped stitches formed with a single thread and a hooked needle
What is amigurumi? Amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small, stuffed yarn creatures. The word is a compound of the Japanese words 編み ami, meaning "crocheted or knitted", and 包み kurumi, literally "wrapping", as in 縫い包み nuigurumi " stuffed doll". Amigurumi vary in size and there are no restrictions about size or look.
How does it work?
We now offer free youtube videos and in person classes. You can learn how to crochet and how to make amigurumi. Classes are held in Edgewater FL. They are 2 hour classes. The price is $40. You bring your materials or we do have some for purchase at the store.
